Terms of Service

All designs are hand-painted originals, reproduced as prints, cards, and posters. As each item is made to order or printed individually, slight variations in colour may occur between screen and final print.

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order via our secure checkout.

See our Ordering & Postage page for current dispatch times, postage rates, and packaging details. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

See our Returns & Damages page for full details. In summary: cards may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Prints and posters are made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but any item arriving damaged or faulty will be replaced or refunded — contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

All artwork, designs, and content on this site are the original work of Edie Kane and Little Black Rabbit London, and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
