Processing Time

Every piece is hand-packed to order in our London studio. Please allow for processing times for cards from 1–3 working days, and prints from 1 to 7 working days

During busier periods (such as the run-up to Christmas), this may take slightly longer, and we'll let you know if there's any significant delay.

How We Pack Your Order

Every card and print is carefully checked before it leaves the studio. Single card orders are packed simply, in a protective envelope. Larger orders, and anything including a print, are wrapped in our biodegradable cellophane, tissue paper and grosgrain ribbon, sealed with wax — with rigid backing boards included on all prints to keep them flat in transit.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or your shipping cost, as they vary by country and are outside our control.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please get in touch at hello@littleblackrabbitlondon.com and we'll do everything we can to sort it out.
