Refund Policy

Cards

If you change your mind, cards can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Just get in touch and we'll sort you out.

Prints & posters

Because every print and poster is made especially for you, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind on these. But if something arrives damaged, imperfect, or not quite as it should be, that's on us to put right — no exceptions.

Just email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you'd prefer.
